Returns

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which the consumer or a third party indicated by him other than the carrier takes possession of the goods.

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, the consumer must send the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires.

The consumer is obliged to return the product to the Seller without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day on which he informed about his decision to withdraw from the contract. The product must be returned to the Seller's address, unless the Seller has offered personal collection of the product. The deadline is considered to have been met if the product is sent before the expiry of the 14-day period.

The seller is obliged to refund all payments made by the consumer, including delivery costs, within 14 calendar days of receiving the notice of withdrawal . However, if the consumer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest available option, the seller is not obliged to refund the additional costs incurred by the consumer.

The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, including the costs of shipping to the Seller.

The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in the following cases:

• Products that may spoil quickly or have a short expiration date.
• Products in sealed packaging that cannot be returned once opened for health or hygiene reasons.
